All products sold by Van Breakers are used vehicle parts unless otherwise stated.
Due to the nature of used parts, cosmetic wear consistent with prior use is not considered a fault.

Product descriptions are provided in good faith and based on information available at the time of listing.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise.
Prices exclude delivery charges, which are calculated at checkout.

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.

Orders & Acceptance

Orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Van Breakers.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time, including where:

A pricing or listing error has occurred
The product is no longer available
Fraud or unauthorised activity is suspected

Returns & Refunds

Returns, refunds, exclusions, and restocking charges are governed by our Returns & Exchanges Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

Compatibility & Installation

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure parts are compatible with their vehicle prior to purchase.

Van Breakers accepts no liability for damage, malfunction, or injury caused by incorrect fitting, programming, or installation.

Labour, fitting, removal, or diagnostic costs are not reimbursed under any circumstances.

Safety-Critical & Electrical Components

Additional conditions apply to safety-critical and electronic components, including airbags, seat belts, ECUs, and immobiliser-linked modules, as detailed in our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Van Breakers shall not be liable for:

Indirect or consequential losses
Loss of profit, business, or goodwill
Vehicle downtime or recovery costs

This does not limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland.
