These policies apply to all goods supplied by Van Breakers, trading as Tolan Brothers Ltd (Company Registration Number: NI631873), hereafter referred to as “Van Breakers”, “we”, “us”, or “our”.
Dispatch & Delivery
All parts are dispatched daily before 1:00 pm (UK time) on business days. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and public holidays, will be processed on the next working day.
We use reputable third-party couriers to provide reliable door-to-door delivery. Tracking information will be provided where available once goods have been dispatched.

Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are calculated per part and are clearly displayed at checkout once the delivery address has been entered, in line with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times shown at checkout are indicative only and may vary due to courier delays or circumstances beyond our control.
In all cases, we aim to deliver goods within 30 days of order confirmation, unless otherwise agreed. If this is not possible, customers will be informed and offered the option to cancel the order and receive a full refund.
International Deliveries
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance charges imposed by the destination country.
Delivery Issues
If goods arrive damaged in transit or incorrectly supplied, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, providing photographs where possible.
